Our standard legal consultation process includes: • Initial consultation to understand your legal needs • Case assessment and strategy development • Engagement agreement and fee structure • Legal representation and document preparation • Case resolution and follow-up Changes to case scope or additional legal matters may result in separate fees and timeline adjustments as discussed with you.

4. Payment Terms

• Consultation fees are payable in advance or as agreed • Legal representation fees may be structured as fixed fees, hourly rates, or contingency basis as agreed • Court fees, filing fees, and other government charges are separate and payable by the client • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified • Payment plans may be available for certain services • Late payments may incur additional charges as per agreement

5. Attorney-Client Relationship

When you engage Hitaishee for legal services: • An attorney-client relationship is established • All communications are protected by attorney-client privilege • We will represent your interests diligently and ethically • You have the right to terminate our services at any time (subject to payment terms) • We maintain confidentiality as per legal professional standards

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information about their legal matter • Providing all necessary documents and evidence in a timely manner • Being truthful in all communications • Making payments according to the agreed schedule • Following legal advice and instructions • Attending court hearings and meetings as required

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and case details as required by legal professional ethics. All communications are protected by attorney-client privilege. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or court orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we provide diligent legal representation, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in legal matters. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Legal outcomes depend on various factors including facts, evidence, and court decisions.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Hitaishee provides legal services with professional competence and diligence. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in legal matters, court cases, or government applications. Results depend on various factors including case facts, evidence, applicable laws, and decisions by courts or government authorities.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship with written notice. In case of termination: • Client pays for all services rendered to date • Hitaishee delivers all completed work and documents • Client may engage another attorney • Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
